Why shouldn't I just use AI to write my emails?

You can, if you want emails that sound like everyone else's and get quietly ignored. Every template in The Spark is based on a real email I sent my own list, with the strategy behind it explained. AI can help you polish an idea. It can't hand you the angle that actually sells. (And no, it won't build you a 6-figure business on a 20-hour week.)

I’m B2B/B2C - will the email templates and content prompts work for me?

Yes, the templates are suitable for B2B and B2C service-based businesses. I will often give a separate template for B2B and B2C to make sure the tone of voice works for that audience.

The style of email marketing and content creation I share with you in The Spark is focussed on marketing to real life people. By that I mean whether you are selling to an organisation or an individual, you will talk to them as a person. Because people buy from people.

My tone is fairly informal and you will see this in the templates. I believe this helps you get away from any kind of corporate hangover you may have when writing your content - especially emails. There’s no sign of “Kind regards” here.

You can and should adapt the language so that it sounds like you. Whether B2B or B2C, the objective of the content inside The Spark is to get engagement. Which ultimately turns into leads and sales.

Is The Spark suitable for product based businesses?

No, these are not ecommerce email templates for selling a physical product.

If you sell digital products such as self-study courses or templates then YES, The Spark will help you to nurture your audience and sell more digital products.

How much time do I need to write the email each week?

You will need 15-30 minutes to write your email from my template. If you find yourself procrastinating, carve out time to attend the weekly Email Writing Hour call because writing with a group to a hard deadline is an excellent way to get the email DONE.

What time are the calls?

Every Tuesday at 12pm UK time.

How do I cancel my trial before the full payment is taken?

I am not here to trick you into paying the £39 monthly fee if you feel The Spark is not for you after your trial. You will be reminded by email that your 14 day trial is coming to an end before the £39 monthly payment is taken. If you want to cancel, follow instructions in the email and your cancellation will be processed before any further payment is taken.

If you want to cancel before you are reminded by email, simply email admin@cheerupmarketing.com requesting to cancel at least 24 hours before your 14 day trial is due to end and we will process that for you.

Once cancelled you’ll retain access to The Spark resources for the full 14 days of your trial, after which you’ll lose access to all of the content and live Email Writing Hour sessions.

How do I cancel my monthly membership to The Spark?

I’ll be sad to see you go but I don’t make it difficult for you to leave - this is not a hostage situation! Simply email admin@cheerupmarketing.com requesting to cancel and we will process that for you within 48 hours.

Once cancelled you’ll retain access to The Spark resources for any remaining time paid for, after which you’ll lose access to all of the content and live Email Writing Hour sessions.
